Deacons recently advised the joint sponsors DBS Asia Capital Limited and Guosen Securities (HK) Capital Company Limited and the underwriters in relation to the global offering and Main Board listing of Ten Pao Group Holdings Limited in Hong Kong. 

Ten Pao Group is one of the major manufacturers of switching power supply units for consumer products and smart chargers and controllers for industrial use in the PRC.

Ten Pao Group published its IPO prospectus on 30 November 2015 seeking to raise up to HK$200 million (subject to the exercise of over-allotment option) from the offering. The company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 11 December 2015.  

Deacons' team is led by Ronny Chow, head of the corporate finance practice group.

Previously, Deacons has also assisted in the listing of Golden Power Group Holdings Limited, a manufacturer of a broad range of batteries for various electronic devices, on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in June 2015.
